How It All Started
Like most great concepts, this one began at the table—surrounded by bold flavours, good company, and a dram in hand. As someone passionate about both whisky tasting and fine food, I kept experimenting with how different expressions of whisky could enhance specific dishes.
Hosting small whisky tasting events for friends and family turned into a creative obsession. Whether it was pairing a bourbon with dark chocolate or discovering how well a peated whisky matched with pecan tart, every tasting brought that same reaction: “Why have I never tried this before?”
